Michael Randazzo started Harmony Salon in 1993.

Michael has over 20 years experience in the hair industry. Having trained with industry leaders such as Jingles International in New York, Michael has also been recognized as an industry leader by Serious Business.

Michael personally trains all his staff along with salon educators. "I believe in quality control. What I mean is that I feel everyone has their own creative style and I want to help people realize their potential. Quality comes from understanding one another and that primary technical skills have been mastered.
